Properties 4 All Seasons is a small international property investment and development company offering stylish serviced accommodation in the UK, Spain, and the USA. We cater to a mix of guests — from holidaymakers to business travellers — offering spaces that are thoughtfully designed, well-located, and truly comfortable.

Our team comes wih a wealth of experience between them, and includes: hospitality & events, PR, hotels, travel, property, and marketing, as well as trade experience (electrical and landscape gardening)— but what truly connects us is our shared love of good design, great service, quick response times, and helping people feel relaxed and looked after.
We personally handpick and style every property, ensuring each one meets our high standards of comfort, cleanliness, and charm. We believe the details matter — and our guests often tell us they can feel the difference.

Director
With a background in marketing, property and hospitality, Debbie launched Properties 4 All Seasons to create beautiful, welcoming spaces for people travelling for both work and play. She oversees everything from property selection to guest experience and believes that a warm welcome and great design make all the difference. Her personal touch can be felt in every home.
Mark
Co-Owner
Co-Owner of Properties 4 All Seasons, Mark's background is in landscaping and grounds maintenance. He has been running a very successful business in the UK for over 35 years with clients in both the Public and Private Sectors. His eye for detail makes him a great asset to our team.
Sam
Project Manager
Currently based in Perth, Sam is a fully qualified electrician in both the UK & Australia. When not working FIFO for the mining industry, Sam spends his time focusing on his passions - property, fitness, and travel. He loves to explore new places and, through experiencing first hand the many different accommodation styles, he's got a pretty good idea of what makes a stay smooth, comfortable, and memorable. He has taken that knowledge and poured it into helping create spaces that are clean, well-equipped, and welcoming... the kind of places that he, and we - and we hope our guests too - would love to stay in.
